We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

In no event shall Nestheads Inc. or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, punitive, special, or similar damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or any other matter relating to the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Services and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Services.
