What are Nestheads?
Nestheads are things in our head that help or hinder us from reaching our potential. Anything you ever experienced “good or bad” are Nestheads. They aren’t going anywhere so it’s best to get to know them and learn how to use them to your advantage.

Perfectionism

Thoughts and feelings that are not currently in conscious awareness but can be easily brought to mind.

The action of delaying or postponing tasks despite knowing there will be negative consequences for doing so.

The practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit, especially privileges granted by one country or organization to another.
Rejection
The act of dismissing or refusing someone or something, typically involving emotional pain for the person being rejected.
Representativeness
A cognitive shortcut that involves judging the probability of an event by how much it resembles typical cases.
Risk Aversion
The tendency to prefer avoiding losses over acquiring equivalent gains; a preference for certainty over uncertainty.
S.M.A.R.T. Goals
A framework for setting clear, achievable objectives, where SMART stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Sadness
A natural emotional response to experiences of loss, disappointment, or other forms of emotional pain.
Scarcity
The economic principle that limited availability of a resource results in greater value being attached to it.
Social Proof
The psychological phenomenon where people assume the actions of others in an attempt to reflect correct behavior for a given situation.
Spotlight Effect
The tendency to overestimate how much others notice and judge our appearance, behaviors, and mistakes.
Stress
A physical and emotional response to perceived challenges or threats, often characterized by feelings of tension, pressure, or overwhelm.

The tendency to continue investing in a project or decision based on the amount already invested, rather than the future benefits.

An emotional response to an unexpected event, situation, or piece of information.

The logical error of concentrating on the people or things that made it past some selection process and overlooking those that did not, often leading to false conclusions.
Trypophobia
An aversion or fear of closely-packed holes or patterns, often triggering discomfort or disgust.
Tunnel Vision
A focus on a single aspect of a situation, often neglecting broader perspectives or alternative approaches.
Violation
The act of breaking or failing to comply with a rule, agreement, or expectation.
Will Power
